Thomas Straub


​Tom has been employed as a Physician Assistant by Summit Pain Management since 2013. He completed his undergraduate training at Indiana University in Bloomington where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 1999. He then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology at Indiana University in Bloomington graduating in 2002. In 2002-2003 he attended Texas A&M University where he completed 1 year of PhD coursework in Kinesiology. He went on to work as a strength and conditioning coach for nearly 10 years. He made a career change in 2011 and began PA school at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. He graduated in 2013 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
